Zaelke: Regulating Black Carbon

Bren visiting lecturer and co-founder of the Bren School's Governance for Sustainable Development Program Durwood Zaelke discusses a variety of issues related to climate change in a March 12 interview on E&E TV, a division of the environmental news service E&E Publishing. Appearing with host with Monica Trauzzi on the show "OnPoint," Zaelke offered a synopsis of several "tip points" of climate change and explained the "governance levers" that governments can use to mitigate the situation. He suggested "black carbon" regulation and bio-sequestration as two important actions.
