PhD Research - Colleen Devlin

Colleen is interested in addressing water sector challenges, specifically transboundary riparian conflict, groundwater rights, and institutional accountability. Prior to Bren, she worked at field sites in Western Desert village oases in Egypt, researching and installing projects on integrated water resource management, agriculture, and community development, in addition to strengthening conservation efforts and awareness in Cairo. Her post-graduate goals are to mitigate the consequences of water scarcity from a position at a research institute or international development agency.
