Description

Students will learn how to deliver a complex ecosystem restoration project on time and budget. This short course will cover best practices for management of risks, such as delay, unexpected conditions, and cost overruns. The instructor will draw upon the Klamath River dam removal, which is the largest such project in history, for illustration.
