Create value through innovation

Tackle complex environmental problems with agile thinking and an innovative mindset. Students learn how to make strategic choices, whether developing business models for high-impact solutions, advancing sustainability within an organization, or creating a strategic roadmap for a nonprofit.

  • Learn strategy, entrepreneurship, finance, product design, and leadership

  • Collaborate on an Eco-E Project to develop a business model with positive environmental impact

  • Ideal for careers in ESG strategy, startups, consulting, and public sector innovation

Environmental Communication

Tell stories that spark change

Learn to translate science into compelling stories that drive awareness, action, and impact. The Communication focus equips you with strategic communication tools, from public speaking and data visualization to multimedia storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Build skills in environmental writing, speaking, and creating

  • Translate theory to practice in a 10-week capstone with a real client

  • Ideal for careers that intersect outreach, advocacy, education and community engagement
