Bio
Allison Cepukenas holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Sustainability from Santa Clara University (SCU) and a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). As an undergraduate, she interned with SCU's Forge Garden to promote food justice and served as a campus Sustainability Liaison, cultivating her passion for community-driven environmental solutions.
After graduation, Allison joined Environmental Resources Management (ERM) as a Publishing Coordinator, researching emerging sustainability trends and regulatory developments to produce strategic insights for industry leaders. This role sharpened her project management and stakeholder communication skills across diverse sustainability challenges. The work confirmed what her early experiences had suggested: she was most energized by solutions connecting ecological health with community well-being, especially in coastal environments.
Pursuing Coastal Resources Management, she is building expertise in marine science, environmental policy, and circular economy innovation to translate that passion into practice.
