Visitor Information
Upon Arrival
Please check in at the Bren Front Desk, located in the Dean’s Suite on the second floor, once you arrive at the Bren School in order to get set-up with necessary items such as keys, office space, wifi access, etc.
Parking
Reserved parking spaces and passes are made available to visitors who are conducting business at the Bren School. Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance. An email will be sent with instructions once arrangements have been made. Please contact Charlyna Meraviglia at bren-deans-asst@ucsb.edu for assistance.
Note: Guests are now required to create an account to include name, address, contact information, and vehicle details to obtain the parking ePermit. Some guests driving a rental vehicle may want to wait until they have picked up their rental car prior to creating an account to ensure vehicle details are accurate.

Directions to Bren Hall
- Parking in Lot 10: Visitors traveling north on the U.S. 101 will exit the 101 freeway at the Airport/UCSB (Route 217) off-ramp, approximately 8 miles north of Santa Barbara, and proceed through the Henley Gate at the east campus entrance. Veer right onto Mesa Road. Immediately get into the left lane and turn left at the first stop light into Lot 10. Follow the sidewalk along Lagoon Rd to Bren Hall.
- Parking in Lot 1: Visitors traveling north on the U.S. 101 will exit the 101 freeway at the Airport/UCSB (Route 217) off-ramp, approximately 8 miles north of Santa Barbara, and proceed through the Henley Gate at the east campus entrance. Veer left and take the exit onto Lagoon Rd. Turn right onto UCen Rd, which is the first stop sign. Turn right into Lot 1. Bren Hall is located in front of the lot.
Please note that visitors will only utilize this lot with a valid parking pass from Bren and there is limited space available.
