Career Development and Alumni Relations CoordinatorÂ
Daisy serves as the Career Development and Alumni Relations Coordinator at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management. She coordinates career services and events, provides career advising, and oversees job and internship postings. She also manages key funding programs, including the Summer Internship Fellowship (SIF), the Special Opportunity Fund (SOF), and other student stipends, while supporting Salesforce users and placement statistics.
With over a decade of experience in administrative leadership and legal support, Daisy has provided executive support to C-level managers, including deans at UC Santa Barbara, and coordinated projects with California State Parks. She is skilled in streamlining operations, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering relationships through bilingual communication. Daisy also contributes to the UCSB community as a member of the Chancellor’s Staff Advisory Council (CSAC), advising campus leadership and supporting staff engagement initiatives.
Daisy earned her BA in History, summa cum laude, from California State University, San Luis Obispo, and is currently pursuing her Master of Legal Studies at UCLA School of Law with an emphasis in environmental law, reflecting her commitment to advancing expertise in law, policy, and environmental stewardship.
Outside of work, Daisy enjoys exploring state and national parks and has traveled to 17 countries, gaining a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. On weekends, she can often be found on the kickball field or adventuring with her two loyal companions, Zoe, a spirited German Shepherd, and Rambo, a Belgian Malinois.
