Bio
Nicole Rosen graduated Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Business Management and a minor in Ethics and Sustainability. During her undergraduate career, Nicole specialized in Product Development and completed 5 internships at companies such as Nautica and Parley for the Oceans. During her internship experiences, Nicole was in direct contact with overseas production facilities to manufacture garments as well as sustainable garments. Upon graduation, Nicole worked at Tommy Hilfiger in NYC on the Apparel Production Operations team. After moving to California, Nicole worked for prAna, a sustainability-focused apparel brand owned by Columbia Sportswear. At prAna, Nicole managed over 10,000 apparel samples every season. At the Bren School, Nicole is specializing in Business and Sustainability. She thrives in corporate environments and is fascinated by the idea that making small changes to a garment can make a huge environmental difference. She aspires to be a decision maker on sustainability teams at apparel companies. Her ultimate goal is to facilitate a major change in fashion production cycles in an effort to make fashion more environmentally sustainable.
