BA, Statistics, UC Berkeley

Anna comes from a background in statistics and public health, and is broadly interested in using quantitative methods to understand ecosystem services that humans rely on for health and wellbeing. Her previous work has focused on air quality in California, including evaluations of the health effects of prescribed burning and estimations of ground level particulate matter using remote sensing. However, she has also worked on the socio-economic dynamics of HIV in French Guiana, and women's empowerment in Niger.
