Bio
Jenna Leonard graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in January 2019 with a degree in International Business and minor in Supply Chain Management. Her fascination with the way businesses operate and strategize to supply a product or service to consumers developed into her studying business operations and the ways to eliminate waste along the supply chain to positively impact on the environment. Jenna has spent her professional life working as a Project Manager and Site Sustainability Leader for a global pharmaceutical company where she recognized the immense opportunity to scale environmental solutions in the corporate sector. This has driven her decision to specialize in Corporate Environmental Management to expand her knowledge of business impacts on the environment, to learn of the potential solutions, and to gain the skills necessary for implementing those solutions. Her goal is to hold a sustainability leadership position where she will align sustainability with the business’ core competencies, while integrating climate action into the business model. Jenna hopes to ensure products are sourced, manufactured, and managed at end of life with resource conservation and climate action at the forefront of every decision.
