Kathryn graduated from Bucknell University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Italian Studies. Kathryn also studied at two other academic institutions during her time as an undergraduate, University of Cape Town, South Africa in 2017 and University of Bologna, Italy in 2018. Upon graduation, she worked as a human capital consultant at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm in New York, New York. Kathryn worked in many different industries with a diverse client portfolio, which gave her enormous exposure to the reality of our market system and its actual implications. Kathryn conducted diversity, equity, and inclusion studies, benchmarked client compensation practices to the market through statistical and data analysis, and advised companies on environmental, social, and governance practices. Currently at the Bren School, Kathryn hopes to develop a further detailed understanding of environmental science and sustainability to couple with her economics background. She is pursuing a Master of Environmental Science and Management and plans to graduate in 2024.
