Upon graduation, she worked as a human capital consultant at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm in New York, New York. Kathryn conducted diversity, equity, and inclusion studies, benchmarked client compensation practices to the market through statistical and data analysis, and advised companies on environmental, social, and governance practices. Currently at the Bren School, Kathryn hopes to develop a further detailed understanding of environmental science and sustainability to couple with her economics background. She is pursuing a Master of Environmental Science and Management and plans to graduate in 2024.
