Something About Me

Originally from Carson, California, I am currently a third-year UCSB student majoring in Environmental Studies and Economics with a minor in Applied Psychology. My career interests include renewable energy/green technology, environmental consulting, and wildlife conservation. While at UCSB, I have developed a sharp focus on environmental justice and policy, serving in my freshman year as the Publicity Chair for the Environmental Justice Alliance and, in my second year, as a Communications Assistant for the Environmental Leadership Incubator. Apart from my studies, I work as a lifeguard at the UCSB Recreation Center and as a swim instructor at Santa Barbara Aquatics. In my free time, I enjoy doing hot yoga, learning new songs on the ukulele, and engaging in any ocean-related activities.
