Description
Green Credit is an equity-centered renewable energy project developer dedicated to fostering the clean energy transition in farming communities across California. Our mission is to bridge the energy equity gap by focusing on small-scale customized solar projects on retired croplands and low-income farmworker housing communities.
By developing these interventions, we aim to generate high-impact Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) for trading, resulting in revenue that can be reinvested into the economic and social empowerment of the farming communities, while also improving access to affordable clean energy.
Our venture plays a pivotal role in accelerating California's 100% renewable energy transition and promoting distributed energy access for all. We are committed to assisting farmers and disadvantaged communities that are most affected by climate change.
