The Program provides Fellows with various opportunities for developing their professional identities: skills-building workshops on searching for jobs, professional correspondence, and preparing targeted resumes; intensive training sessions and individual coaching for interviews; support for applying to graduate school; lunchtime events for sharing "Big Ideas" with UCSB faculty, alums, professionals, and Bren students; events for practicing networking skills while mingling with guests and fellow Fellows.
